Ground-up configuration of an Elfiq Link Balancer by Elfiq’s Support Team, is a value-added service which must be purchased separately from the maintenance plan. That service is ordered through Elfiq Networks or a distributor. Please be sure to include the required network information with your order so that it is communicated to the Elfiq Support Team for processing. We require 3 business days advance notice to schedule a technical resource and pricing is available in the Elfiq Price Book.

Should you wish to configure the unit yourself, this can be achieved with the help of our documentation which is included in the CD accompanying the unit as well as available online. More specifically, you will find the "Getting Started" section in the Elfiq Link Balancer Administrator Guide particularly useful, as well as the WEB Quick Config Guide which is also printed and included in the package for your convenience.

Also, we offer configuration assistance. This is the process through which the Elfiq Support Team will review a partner's configuration file that you have created on your own and help you correct any errors it may contain that would prevent the unit from performing basic load-balancing and failover operations. For this process we also require a 3 business day notice to schedule a technical resource.
