Terms and conditions

I understand that Elfiq Networks' hardware warranty covers manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damages that result from improper use, accidents, abuse, electrical power surges, negligence or natural disasters. Only Gold plan customers receive electrical power surge protection. Units replaced under standard or gold maintenance plans which are damaged outside of the warranty's scope are subject to a refurbishing fee.

Visit Elfiq Networks' Maintenance Plans and their benefits. Please read those instructions based on your location and support plan:

* When you are located in Canada or United States of America and your maintenance plan includes ‘Advanced Hardware Replacement’, we will cross-ship a replacement unit with next-business day delivery via express service. On the same time, prepaid shipping labels for the return will be included in the Link LB replacement unit box. Please use these labels and the box from the replacement unit to return the defective unit you have in the following five (5) business days.
Failure to ship the defective unit in this time frame will trigger the invoicing for the replacement unit at the full list price.

* When you are located in Canada or United States of America and your maintenance plan is basic and/or the unit is not covered by any support plan, please do carefully package the defective unit and send it to Elfiq Networks as soon as possible for speedy diagnostic and repair of your unit. Elfiq RMA department reserves the option of having the defective part repaired or replaced within 10 business days that usually starts upon receipt of the defective unit by Elfiq Networks.
When the unit is not covered by a maintenance plan and/or the original hardware warranty of 12 months; an estimate of the repair costs will be provided.

* When you are NOT located in Canada or United States of America but your unit is covered by a Standard or Gold maintenance plan, we will cross-ship a pre-configured replacement unit with the express service. When receiving the replacement unit, please do use its box to return the defective unit you have in the following five (5) business days. Failure to ship the defective unit in this time frame will trigger the invoicing for the replacement unit at the full list price.

* When you are NOT located in Canada or United States of America and your maintenance plan is basic and/or the unit is not covered by any support plan, please do carefully package the defective unit and send it to Elfiq Networks address as soon as possible for speedy diagnostic and repair of your unit. Elfiq RMA department reserves the option of having the defective part repaired or replaced within 10 business days that usually starts upon receipt of the defective unit by Elfiq Networks.
When the unit is not covered by a maintenance plan and/or the original hardware warranty of 12 moths; an estimate of the repair costs will be provided.

Elfiq Networks will not be held responsible for shipping and customs charges incurred by the improper declaration of the value of a defective Link LB unit. Please make sure to follow the shipping instructions detailed in the confirmation email and contact the support team if you have any questions.

Should the unit returned by the customer not qualify for repair under warranty, the customer will be invoiced for the repair or a replacement unit.
