- The Elfiq support team is available from 8AM to 6PM Eastern time, North America, Monday to Friday. Support can be available outside of these hours should for organizations with a Gold-level maintenance plan, other organizations may be subject to a surcharge when calling outside of these hours.
- Firmware updates are available only to customers with an active maintenance plan. If you have lost your access credentials, please contact the support team.
- Access to the support team requires an active maintenance plan. Customers without an active maintenance plan may be charged an hourly rate per incident.
