ElfiqElfiq Networks offers professional services for the planification and implementation of Elifq's Link Balancer products.  These services are available through the Elfiq Alliance partner network or from Elfiq directly.  These services can be performed on-site or remotely based on the customer's needs and requirements.

Activities included in an Elfiq professional engagement:

  • Preperation and planning, including information gathering, needs evaluation and testing of available links
  • Link Balancer installation including physical installation, Link Balancer configuration, rules creation and testing
  • Knowledge transfer including basic training, troubleshooting and alert management

Elfiq Networks does not provide general network and information technology consulting services, for such requests please contact an Elfiq Alliance partner.

Elfiq's professional services are available during normal business hours, a surcharge may be applicable outside this time period.
