Elfiq Hardware Warranty Information
Elfiq Networks (Elfiq, Inc.) warrants solely to the end user that every Elfiq product purchased from Elfiq or its authorized resellers and distributors will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used within the limits set forth in the documentation for a period of twelve (12) months. This warranty does not cover damages that result from improper use, accidents, abuse, electrical power surges, negligence or natural disasters. Only Gold plan customers receive electrical power surge protection.
For customers with an Elfiq maintenance plan, the hardware warranty matches the term of the active maintenance plan. Should a customer not renew a maintenance plan the hardware warranty will expire at the same time as the maintenance plan.
Elfiq recommend the use of protection equipment to ensure that the acquired Elfiq products are safe from external problems such as electrical surges through power lines or carrier lines.
