30-Day Money Back Guarantee

ElfiqElfiq Networks is convinced that our products will meet and exceed your expectations, so if you are not completely satisfied we will refund your purchase within 30 days.

The guarantee starts on the date your initial order is shipped. You may cancel at any time within 30 days of this date. The unit must be returned with original packaging in both proper working and good physical condition (free from scratches, cracks, and/or other types of physical damage) within the specified period, along with documentation and accessories. A refurbishment charge will be applied for physically damaged units. You will be refunded minus shipping charges.

The Money Back Guarantee program is limited to one unit per customer. Each customer can only use the Money Back Guarantee once. Customers having a 30 days free evaluation unit are not eligible. This program may not be used to upgrade to an Elfiq model which was not available at purchase time.  Elfiq defines the purchase as the hardware unit and accompanying maintenance plan.
