Report - Link BalancersElfiq Networks’ Link Balancer product line offers flexible and innovative management options to maximize operations, reporting and return on investment. The following options are available to all customers:

 

SMTP (email) alerts

Elfiq Networks' Link Balancer products can send notifications to multiple users of link conditions based on customer preferences and severity of the condition.  Through this feature, network administrators can be notified instantenously on circuit issues and take the appropriate corrective actions.

XML API

Elfiq Networks provides to its customers access to an XML-based API to build on their investment of Link Balancers. With the API, integration can be built into 3rd party applications to retrieve information from the unit for reporting and configuration requirements. Command and configurations can also be pushed to the units from a 3rd party application to meet and exceed organizational requirements.

Syslog server

Elfiq Networks supports the use of a centralized logging server (syslog server) to centralize the information gathered by Link Balancers. This management feature can be utilized over the unit’s management port to provide the information required by the organization to meet internal guidelines and compliance needs for programs such as HIPPA and SOX.
