The LB-1100E enables the use of any ISP link including low-cost circuits such as DSL and cable modems and the use of wireless links like 3G mobile access and WiMAX as well for efficent link balancing. By combining links for incremental bandwidth, users of the LB-1100E realized significant gains in productivity, uptime and a reduction of operational costs through link load balancing.
Like the Elfiq enterprise products Quality of Service (QoS), traffic segmentation, SIP awareness, inbound traffic management and advanced balancing algorithms are included in the LB-1100E to provide optimized bandwidth based on organizational requirements and policies. Should the unit lose power, traffic is enabled to flow with Elfiq’s innovative LAN Failsafe feature.
The LB-1100E also enables the use of Elfiq’s bandwidth virtualization technology SitePathMTPX, which enables point to point application resilience with performance enhancement. This feature is ideal for site to site VPN tunnels and voice over IP (VoIP) deployments. The LB-1100E units are delivered with a 1U mounting kit.
