elfiq customer satisfactionEvery year since 2007 Elfiq Networks conducts a customer survey to measure overall satifaction with the products and the Elfiq team as well to learn what customers consider as priorities for the product roadmap.

For2009, Elfiq Networks released to the public a business white paper discussing results from customer responses for both Elfiq Networks' poducts and services, as well as ISP reliability.
