Since 2007, Elfiq Networks conducts a yearly customer survey to measure overall satifaction with the products and the Elfiq team as well as to learn what customers consider as priorities for the product roadmap.
In 2009, Elfiq Networks released to the public a business white paper discussing the results from customer responses for both Elfiq Networks' products and services, as well as ISP reliability.
