This week is a milestone for the sales team at Elfiq!  We shipped units to two countries which are now in our list: Zimbabwe and Tunisia.

This brings the total to 55 countries in which an Elfiq unit is running in diverse (to say the least!) conditions.

Elfiq is very proud to announce that Tez Networks (India) is a new Value-Added Distributor for Elfiq.  With Tez Networks, resellers, solutions providers, carriers and consultants will have the local sales and consulting support.

A common customer request is to use two or more low-cost DSL lines, balanced by an Elfiq appliance for uptime and performance.  This approach is quite common and has its pros & cons, here is an overview of what to expect doing such a project: 

When designing the Link Balancer products back in 2003/4, Elfiq decided to not include a firewall as this function is already handled by a unit in place at 99%+ of customers and prospects. Bringing this feature and the overhead on the system was not worth the investment.
