In the summertime, Montreal streets are often under repair for an assortment of reasons like anywhere else in the world.
Right now, the sidewalk we use to get into the building has been removed (see picture below) and work is being done to the power conduits and the telecom ducts. This type of scenario might just be the most common reason why connectivity is severed and organizations are left in the dark.
