Please note that our firmware updates are distributed regularly to registered customers of a maintenance program. If you are registered for our maintenance program, feel free to contact us to get another copy of the latest firmware updates.

Alternately, if you are an international customer you may use for free the Skype VoIP system and call the Elfiq Support Center with the following Skype ID: ElfiqSupport. Note that the ElfiqSupport Skype user could be grayed or displayed as unavailable but your call will still be redirected to the Elfiq Support Center.
