"We had pains getting a branch's VPN up to speed after they moved to a new location in their city. DSL wasn't fast enough due to line distance and the other technologies had a very high monthly expense or a risk of unavailability. Probably the biggest pain was finding a solution that got our VPN up to speed AND having load balance/fail over.
