"Formed Fiber Technologies is North America's largest and most innovative manufacturer of needle-punched non-woven fabrics and polyester staple fibers.

Our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system services two other sites where the manufacturing process is 24X7/365.  In the past, when a problem occurred on our WAN, the remote sites slowed to a crawl – additional resources were necessary to back-fill information, and shipments were delayed, costing the corporation valuable time and money.

To overcome wasting resources, we performed research on available products, and found that the Elfiq Link Load Balancers were not only affordable, but would support our unique requirement for a meshed secure VPN infrastructure, and Voice over IP throughout the enterprise.

During the planning and implementation phases of our deployment, the highly qualified Elfiq Networks’ support team provided us with the knowledge and understanding of the devices, as well as with flexible implementation schedules that would cause the least disruption to our manufacturing process.

Since implementation, our network has been up and running, even during two scheduled WAN maintenance windows.
