• Technical analyst

  • RESPONSIBILITIES
     *  Provide level 2 call center support, be available to carry a pager
     *  Provide pre-sale technical support, give presentations and technical recommendations on integrating our products
     *  Perform installations at client sites (local or remote)
     *  Support and participate in functional testing of our Link Balancer product and proprietary operating system (Elfiq Operating System/EOS) based on Linux
     *  Diagnose and solve technical problems in an application

  • GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
     *  Minimum 2 years of experience in TCP/IP networks and telecommunications
     *  Education: Diploma of Collegial Studies in computer science or equivalent experience
     *  Communication: proficient in English, bilingualism desirable
     *  Must be dynamic, detail-oriented and a self-starter, show initiative and be flexible

  • TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 
     *  Intermediate knowledge of Linux, minimum 2 years of experience
     *  Experience with sniffers (Ethereal, etc.)
     *  Hands-on experience with routers, firewalls and switches (CISCO, Nortel, Linux, Juniper, 3Com, etc.).

• Senior C and telecom developper

  • RESPONSIBILITIES
     * Design and architecture of core Elfiq technologies
     * Implement new features into the Elfiq Operating System
     * Collaborate with the product management group and support team to determine key strategies
     * Participate in functional testing of our Link Balancer product and proprietary operating system (Elfiq Operating System/EOS) based on Linux
     *  Diagnose and solve technical problems in an application

  • GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
     *  Communication: proficient in English, bilingualism desirable
     *  Must be dynamic, detail-oriented and a self-starter, show initiative and be flexible

  • TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 
     * 5 years of experience with Linux and it's components: kernel compilation, driver creation, multi-threaded environments, locks, hashing structures and list optimisation
     *  Advanced networking knowledge, minimum 5 years experience with: TCP/IP, OSI model, Ethernet, DNS, DHCP, SSH, QoS, ARP, 802.11Q, VoIP, VPN and IP protocols
     *  Experience with sniffers (Ethereal, etc.)
     *  Hands-on experience with routers, firewalls and switches (CISCO, Nortel, Linux, Juniper, 3Com, etc.).

• Quality assuance and assembly technician
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
    *  Assembly of Elfiq units
    *  Preperation for units for delivery to customers
    *  Active participation in internal testing of EOS and link balancer product
    *  Management the testing environment and simulations Diagnose and solve technical problems in an application
    
    
  • GENERAL REQUIREMENT
     *  Minimum 2 years of experience in TCP/IP networks and telecommunications
     *  Education: Diploma of Collegial Studies in computer science or equivalent experience
     *  Communication: proficient in English, bilingualism desirable

  • RESPONSIBILITIES
    * Manage accounts payables and receivables 
    * Invoicing  
    * Accounting  
    * Shipping of products in North America and internationally  
    * Sales and administrative support
    
    
  • GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
    * Good understanding of the Acomba accounting system  
    * Communication: proficient in English and French, both written and spoken mandatory  
    * Must be dynamic, detail-oriented and a self-starter, show initiative and be flexible
